Police Issues Guidelines For New Year Celebrations

In preparation for the New Year celebrations, Police spokesperson Senior Commissioner of Police Fred Enanga has cautioned the public to be on alert for their personal safety.

On the 1430 venues that have been permitted to display fireworks, Enanga has pointed out guidelines to be followed.

Risk of reckless celebrations on the night of 31st December while ushering in the New Year will amount to law enforcement on the culprits.

Enanga was announcing security precautions for the New Year and during a briefing at the Police Headquarters in Naguru.
