Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu Appoints Fifth Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Kampala
On August 13, 2024, an extraordinary meeting took place at All Saints' Cathedral in Kampala, presided over by The Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda and Bishop of the Diocese of Kampala. During this significant gathering, Archbishop Kaziimba appointed The Ven—Rev. Canon Frederick Jackson Baalwa is the Fifth Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Kampala.
This appointment marks an important milestone for the diocese, as Canon Baalwa brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his new role. The church community looks forward to his leadership and guidance in advancing the mission of the Diocese of Kampala.
